Black-Capped is a new media venture by Douglas Mullin, aimed at discussing his home province of New Brunswick. He aims to highlight local artists, talk about local politics and simply be a positive voice for New Brunswick.
A few notes to begin. Doug is politically active with the NB New Democratic Party. This bias will inevitably show up in this blog. You’ve been forewarned.
Doug is a photographer. He will attempt to provide images, shot by himself, to the extent he is able. He will identify his pictures with credit by means of linking to his photography site, http://dougmullin.net.
